Should I get my wisdom teeth out?

Around a year ago, my wisdom teeth started growing in. When I had x-rays a few months ago, I found out that my bottom wisdom teeth are impacted, but my top wisdom teeth aren't even in yet. My bottom ones hurt all the time in my gums and jaw, give me earaches, and headaches. My dentist recommended that I wait until my top ones come in to get them all out, but I am in so much pain. Should I suck it up and wait, or just get the bottom ones out now? Or could they get the top ones out too, even if they are far up? Please answer, I need advice! If I keep them, how can I deal with the pain? Thank you!

You should get it removed as soon as possible before it becomes even more impacted. I don't know why your dentist would suggest you to wait for the other ones to come out if you are in such pain and it is already impacted. Getting two wisdom teeth removed would not be as invasive as getting all four of them removed at one time. Some people even prefer to get two wisdom teeth remove at one time and remove the other two later.
