Why don't liberals grasp the difference between semi-automatic & full automatic?

A late night video shows police destroying forensic evidence when they handle and eject rounds from a loaded firearm located inside the trunk of a car that was presumably driven to the scene by murder suspect, Adam Lanza.

If the AR-15 remained in the car, as reported by federal and State authorities, it could not have been used as the murder weapon. If the firearm found in the car was not a Bushmaster AR-15 we must consider that this assault rifle, allegedly owned by Lanza’s mother, was never at the crime scene.

If .223 bullet casings were found in the school how did authorities know for sure they were fired from a Bushmaster AR-15 if the gun discovered in the trunk was a shotgun or something else?

How is it possible that a firearm, not matching the AR-15 description, was found in the car trunk hours after authorities had already confirmed they found a Bushmaster AR-15 in the car.?

If .223 shells were found at the scene is it possible that a yet unnamed suspect could have been firing an assault weapon inside the school?

From ABC News:

“A Sig Sauer handgun and a Glock handgun were used in the slaying and .223 shell casings — a round used in a semi-automatic military style rifle — were also found at the scene. ” (Bushmaster AR-15 was not specifically mentioned)

It is because they side with whatever argument gives them and their gods (the politicians) the most power over the once free people of this country.

ANY liberal that I have EVER heard argue a point was either speaking on a subject that they had NO knowledge of, or they were telling lies. There is no other way for Liberals to express themselves.

When they believe that society is better if the guns were taken from the law abiding citizens, while criminals still have fire arms.. then you have absolute proof that Liberals don't know what they are trying to do, or else they are trying to get the law abiding people killed.

Semi-automatic has the word automatic in it. Add to this the fact that we advertise handguns as .45 Auto, .380 Auto, 9mm Auto and to some it might cause some level of confusion since those are simply names for cartridges and not firearms.

lol Maybe it's because the mainstream media uses the term 'automatic' when the correct term is 'semi-automatic' every chance they get. Heck, maybe they're too stupid to know the difference, just like their "liberal" readers.

Why do we need to bother about the difference? Both are too hazardous to be in civilian hands.

Semi automatic = One trigger pull, bullet. Next trigger pull, bullet. Nothing needs to be done between trigger pulls.

Fully automatic = Hold down trigger, bullet bullet bullet bullet bullet until you either release the trigger or run out of bullets.

I'm a liberal. Does this make your argument invalid?
