ipod screen replacement?? please help!!!?

hi guys!! so i was taking care of my friends dog one day and he kepy jumping at me which caused my ipod to fall out of my pocket and fall on the ground and shatter. the whole screen is shattered and i really need to get it replaced because its starting to fall apart. it still works though. but i need to know where i can get a cheap screen replacement because im only 14 and dont have much money. i searched a bunch of places but they're all about $50-100. thats still to expensive for me. should i just buy the parts online and replace it my self? what parts do i need to buy? or does anybody know a place that does screen replacements for pretty cheap? btw my ipod is 4th generation. please help!! thank you !!

Take it to the Apple Store and see what they can do for you! To get it replaced would cost a lot. I dropped my ipad last year, and took it to apple and they said it was better to not replace the screen because the cracks were minor. If you can keep it together then you'll be fine, but maybe it's time for a new ipod touch 5 :)

i understand guy ... thats what the i pods are properly-prevalent for .. difficulty-free to get scratched ... guy if u would have been the place i'm i'd have actually helped u ... dunno how issues ensue the place u are ... properly i took my i pod to an eye fixed fixed repairman .... asked him to BUFF the reveal ... thats what that's called here ... properly its a technique to eliminate scraths off watches ... in actuality something that has plastic reveal ... i pod has a plastic kinda element ... i even have been given my cellular reveal buffed too ... attempt it .. via the way i m in india ...
