If AGW really was a scam, how would the world be different?

If global warming were a scam, people would come up with actual evidence that it was, instead of outlandish conspiracy theories, ad hominem arguments and criminally hacked emails. People would not have to lie about the warming supposedly stopping 16 years ago. In addition, there would not be more than a century of science that predated the taxes that the scam allegedly promotes. The scam would have collapsed as soon as it became apparent that it was not convincing people to accept the taxes. And such scientists as James Hansen would have jumped ship as soon as it would have become a better career move to say something else.

And if the evidence of AGW being a scam were in the hacked emails, people would be able to use them to answer what the emails say about these items.

The funding would be at least the same either way and, more likely, would increase if scientists altered their results so that they agreed with what House Republicans want to hear.

2) Government control of industry to reduce pollution and increase environmental tax distributed into their coffers.

Since the government relies on the energy industry to help set the nation's energy policy and politicians (Rep and Dem) rely on donations from the energy industry to get elected, this is an imaginary issue - like questioning Obama's birth certificate and fretting over the Illuminati.

I don't have to Google it, I 've read the studies. No one knows, or has ever claimed to know, how the warming started, and although it is true that CO2 lagged temperature for the first 600-1000 years of the warming, the event lasted more than 5,000 years. For the last 4,200 years, CO2 does not lag temperature.

Your statement that the ice core data somehow demonstrates that CO2 lags temperature began as a deliberate lie and misrepresentation of the scientific results. It has since be repeated - and copied and pasted - countless times by people with no knowledge of the evidence and no real interest in learning about the evidence. They repeat it because it agrees with what they want to believe - and that is enough "research" for them.

Al Gore has made a career of Global Warming while racking up huge power bills ($17,000-$28,000 per month). How do you even do that. Does he have a giant underground pot farm? He won't fly on public planes and charters a plane wherever he goes. He has an enormous carbon footprint. Ed Begly on the other hand practices what he preaches. I hate a hypocrite.

A huge industry has been made of this so there is a lot of motive. The scientists get lots of grants.

You also fail to realise the control and influence that can be achieved if you control the media, the education system, politicians, banking etc etc. Banking is a good example actually, private companies are allowed to create non existent money from fresh air and charge populations interest on it, now according to you, politicians should say hold on, lets stop extorting our people, create nationalised central banks and issue interest free money for our admin and social programs, Doesn't happen though does it? because anyone not on board isn't allowed to progress to a position of power. When the UK met office say no appreciable warming for 12 years and anyone mentions it they cry Liar , Liar. This is with rising CO2. We did not really need Email gate to show us the deceptions being perpetrated on us. They try to frighten the gullible to control and tax them. If one political party promised to expunge this mythical science I am sure they would romp home in the UK.
