It may be moroccan or tunisian or algerian arabic ... It is mixed arabic and French as those countries use French frequently in their conversations :
1- and you , are you ok?
2- i am ok ,you?
3- yeah, how was the holiday?
4- (i wasn't able to understand this word , it may be misspelled ! )
