If you mean that you wanted to learn Bangla (Bengali) through this Y!A Q&A forum then I would say that it's an uphill task for bother the parties involved.
If you want to know Bangla for a few sentences or words then this is ideal place. For learning Bangla you may have to enroll in any web-based or face-to-face teaching program.
