My neighbor parks so close I can't even open my car door?
I live alone, am female and won't confront him because he seems unstable. I always center my car in my spot and we have designated spots included in rent so I can't park anywhere else. I come out every morning and his car is parked so close I have to get in on my passenger side sometimes.
He has bushes on the other side of him so I can't see why he doesn't move over. He keeps moving closer to me. Its not like he has to get out his passenger side and I'm getting angry. Its every day. He also blasts death metal in his apartment and doesn't seem friendly. Help?

1. try backing into your slot
2. speak to your landlord about the noise laws in your area, the idea of "interfering with your enjoyment of the premises" is important.

I'm assuming you live in an apartment complex.
You need to contact the apartment manager and get this sorted out. As for his loud music, you can actually call the police on him. That's considered noise pollution.

Ask him politely to park a bit further in the other direction and explain to him why.

well--you could back in to your parking spot so your door is on the other side....or you could get up in the middle of the night and repaint the lines....
