If your credit card info is stolen and you have their name, who do you report to?
Someone some how hacked into my account and ordered an ipad for almost 600 dollars. I was able to stop the order and am trying to cancel my card. I have the name where the item was to be sent, who do I give it to?

File a police report and give them all the information needed and when you get a letter from the state attorney if you want to prosecute say yes and let them do it call your credit card company and advise them of what happen they will issue you new card send the police report to them too.. don't worry you are ok nothing to worry about

Your local police department.
If you get any push back..keep pushing until you get the report.
Then contact the card issuer and send them the police report.
After that, find a nonprofit credit counseling agency to assist you.
