My sister has a mercedes S- 500 or E-500 and it wont start and the caution lights are on on the dashboard ! and i don't know what is the problem sometime it starts sometimes it does not and the car didn't come with a Manuel i need help !

A new battery and clean the connections good and that may solve the problem,,,,,,,,,

Need more info, what happens when you turn the key? Does the engine turn over? Does it click? Does it simply not do anything?
