What are some good puppy foods for Border Collie/Beagle mix?

She's three months old and needs a new puppy food. Her current one isn't very good.

Okay. So you bought a Border Collie mix and you're upset that she's herding? No offense, but you should have known what you were getting into. This is natural instinct and it can be quite a challenge to break such a habit. Personally, I think that you should sign up for an obedience class right away. Next time she nips your hand, say "NO" in a very deep authoritative voice at the same time while slipping a finger under her tongue. This will annoy her, teaching her that 'hands in the mouth are annoying.' Also, next time she nips your feet, try making a loud yelping noise like a dog would. Turn away from her and ignore her. She'll know she hurt you. You have to get her to respect you. Especially if she's already respecting your boyfriend, it will make training a lot more difficult if it's inconsistent between you two. Be sure to take charge and exert authority over her. Good luck.

You can ask your vet, who has studied canine nutrition (unlike the people in feed and pet stores and most folks online) which brands she or he recommends for your puppy. It only takes a phone call.
