No. The house pass a bill to fix the fiscal cliff The Senate, controlled by Democrats, has passed nothing. The Senate has never passed a budget under Obama's Presidency.

This is negotiations. If Obama wants tax increases, then increase budget cuts to the point the Republicans will vote yes.

If the Republicans want budget cuts, increase taxes to the point Obama will vote yes.

If the Republicans will allow Obama to get his way, we will have a Conservative President in 2016. Under Obama, Carter will look like an Economic Genius.

No, it's time for Democrats to admit that!

Boehner offered to raise taxes on those making 1 million or more, which was a COMPROMISE from his earlier position of not raising taxes on anyone.

He actually proposed a plan that was very similar to one Nancy Pelosi proposed, but now since a R put it forward it's no good. Hypocrits.

The Republicans have offered three deals to date, including one that literally gave Obama everything he wanted (blocked by Harry Reid). So no, it's not time for republicans to lie.

No, its time that both parties stop acting like school yard children, Obama just threatens that nothing the House brings up will get past the senate and if it does Obama will veto it, and because of this the republicans refuse to pass anything that Obama and the senate come up with in the house.

If Congress really needed more of our money, they should not have any excess. But Congress has PLENTY of excess money. Enough to send Obama on a vacation to Hawaii RIGHT AFTER he proposes to raise taxes!

    Conservatives are just no fools.

You are a disgrace to the human race! Here we are at the cusp of Christmas. Most people are excited and looking forward to celebrating. Millions of people are engaged in random acts of kindness. YOU? Doing just the opposite and spreading hate!

Besides that, your article is old. Republicans offered up $800 billion in tax increases which Obama dissed.

You need to do more research.

When Republicans approached Soetoro during his first term, he said, "Well, I won!"

Yes, he sounds like he compromises :\
