There isn't really anything you can't make that comes to mind,
If your good with red stone most of the stuff I can list are
Structures:
Piston door
Piston farm
Piston elevator
Exp farm
Piston transporter
Cart elevator
Red stone dice
Roller coaster
Water slide
Music block structure
Furniture:
Chair
Table
Cabinet
Pillar
There is obviously more... But with mincraft being a sandbox, possibilities to this game are endless, and the only limit is your imagination, you can search sone of these things up on YouTube, and get more ideas in
