Can you buy a cashier's check with your debit card?

Can you purchase a cashier's check at a bank using your debit card? Because I have USAA so they don't have any actual banks close to me so I want to go to another bank and purchase one so I can buy a nice reliable car. Thanks everyone

Update:

I don't want to pull out cash that is a large amount what I will be paying. Plus I don't want to be charged ATM fees on top of that.

What you want and what are available, unfortunately, are not the same.

Cashier's checks can only be purchased with cash or withdrawing funds in your account at that particular bank. That's one of the drawbacks of using a bank like USAA. Also not all banks will sell cashier's checks to those who aren't already customers of that bank. And the fee for a cashier's check will probably cost more than any ATM fees.

You should be able to use their ATM machine then go inside and buy the cashiers check. There will also be a small charge for this service since you're not a customer.
