22 weeks pregnant please answer?
I get random sharp pains right below my belly button but to the left a little, I don't have any bleeding or anything like that and it only happens MAYBE once a week, if that. Is this round ligament pain? It's a sharp pain and only lasts about a second and then is gone.

It could be. If you have a history of ovarian cysts it can also be that. Your body is constantly growing and everything else has to adjust accordingly. If it's only once a week, I don't think I would honestly think anything of it, but be sure to tell your doctor.
