My brand new nescafe dolce gusto does not work. there is no water coming out.?

Just got a brand new Nescafe Dolce Gusto Piccolo. Going through the set-up and no water will come out. The machine comes on and appears to be heating, but no water comes out. Any suggestions?

    Did you use warm water? Also, as the machine is running for the first time, try lifting up on the water tank and putting it back down securely a few times. There might be air in the lines. Another suggestion is to put a little bit of water in the little hole where the water tank meets the machine. This will help close the gap between the 2. Hope that works for you!
