Should I eat Christmas lunch?

I got this stomach bug last week and Ive got the aftermath of it, I still feel nauseous and have got loose bowels but I was wondering if I should enjoy Christmas and eat the lunch and risk feeling terribly sick, or shallow not eat it at all and be on the safe side?

Thanks

If you don't feel like eating, don't eat. It sounds like you have picked up some sort of a food-borne illness you should see a doctor for, though. ∠°)

If you still have loose bowels, take an Imodium or Pepto Bismol or some other Anti-Diarrheal medication. Most are sold over the counter at the Pharmacy. Then enjoy your Christmas dinner.

If you've had diarrhea for almost a week, you should see a doctor if the medication doesn't work. Also drink a lot of water or other decaffeinated beverages to keep yourself hydrated.

There is a difference between 'should I eat lunch', and 'should I enjoy ii'

You should enjoy your lunch and should eat in moderation.

Ask your mother for just a little of the foods that will not upset your stomach.

By Christmas day you may be feeling better anyway
