Pictures have several files extensions but the most common are jpg and bmp
Go to your start button at the bottom left corner of your computer and choose search. Then put in *.jpg to find all jpg file extensions then when the list comes up you can move them from the search window to any directory you choose. Then you can do the same again for the other file extensions.
The *. is a wild card that basically tells dos/windows to find all files with that file extension in the directory your searching in.
I have attached a url with the different file extensions for various types of files to help you. It has more then your asking about but it's all there with the programs they are for.
