An example would be a good idea, as if a question that was so misleading or ambiguous it would probably be a violation to report, and best left unanswered.

i've got been on board for somewhat over a twelve months and function been mentioned maybe 15 cases for assorted responses. All have been appealed and 3 have been overturned - yet purely simply by fact I emailed YA policies two times an afternoon for over a week on each and all the three. My attitude is that each and anyone have been unjustified. None of my uncommon questions have been mentioned.

It's not allowed, virtually any question in which any answers are violations would also be a violation itself, for example if asking how to do something illegal or if the question is chat.

But a question being in violation does not excuse the answers from being in violation, even if they were reported by the asker.

YA doesn't "allow" such things. They get put here because not everybody bothers following the rules; they stay here because not everybody bothers to report them. Which is what they SHOULD do instead of answering them. Once they answer them, they have accepted the risk of being reported in return, because then THEY broke the rules as well.
