Are my eyes asymmetrical?

I took a photo of myself and noticed that my eyes are VERY asymmetrical. One eye seems to be higher than the other. Is it just me or can you see it too? What can I do to solve this, I'm too young for surgery?

    Yes one of your eye is higher then the other but you look fine its hard to notice
