WHAT TV SHOW IS THIS?

i saw an episode about 2 years ago of a tv show where this crazy woman took a few women and hooked them to an IV tht would paralize them and she kept them in her house and made them into dolls by sewing wigs to their heads and putting make up on their face. can someone tell me what tv show this is or what movie it was? im not sure if it was a movie or a tv show.

    The show is Criminal Minds. The episode is The Uncanny Valley (5x12).
