Which game engine should i look into?
I'm currently in the process of making a game. At the moment i'm modeling the scenes and objects for this game. The idea is a space simulation type of game, open world RPG with RTS and FPS elements in some aspects. It's sort of a mixture between the X series (X3 Reunion is my fave), Homeworld, Nexus: The Jupiter incident and Halo (in some situations). The game is mostly going to be in space though. What engine is preferable for space games of this caliber?
Quake is ok but graphically not what I'm looking for. Something similar to CE3 but less resource hoggish would do.
