If I'm Starting school in January 2013 and just filled out my FASFA will i still get my pel grant?
I just submitted my fasfa today on Dec 24 2012. My deadline to pay is Jan 4 but that is just the 1st payment so i can cover that if i need to. just wondering if i will still get it later on to cover further costs

That depends on what the school determines your actual award to be (eligibility and your award ARE different). Financial aid typically takes weeks in the first place, so it is very debatable when (and if) you'd get an award for Spring semester.

i wouldn't count on it.
it can take up to several months for the average financial aid application to work it's way through the approval process
you should have applied months ago
