What is the context behind "Double Trouble" song from Harry Potter?

I am using the song for a project of mine and I need to know whats happening/going on in the book/movie while the song is played

I think you're refering to the song that the choir is singing when they first arrive at Hogwarts during Prisoner of Azkaban.

If so, the lyrics are taken from the play Macbeth (Shakespeare), and in the movie it's just a choir performance before Dumbledore gets up to welcome the students to a new year.

It's not referenced in the book.

    Hope that helps.
