R32 Skyline GTR, S14 or Supra IV?

I've been looking around for a car for about a year now, and I have narrowed it down to 3

1991R32 Skyline GTR

1998 S14 kouki

1994 Supra IV

For a car with Reliliabilty, least expensive cost for parts/maintenance, and looks in mind which would you pick and why.

This car will just be driven to school and back 4 days a week. I will not be racing or drifting.

Please respond with the most amount of detail as possible.

Tricky if you see this i would appreciate your input :)

Update:

I live in BC Canada it's legal

R32 great option we all know its a great car and was modern when build and still modern in what it offers by todays cars,Boot/trunk space is very good and inside the car you can seat 4 adults and 5 if needed ok its not a vip car but enough room, fuel wise not excellent but when i brought my first Skyline i asked the owner about fuel to which he said if you have to ask then you should be buying a diesel car.

Reliable yes def my R32 and R33 have been the best cars i have owned and none have needed silly repairs or if any repairs really only bushes etc but they seem to last forever ,but at the same time make sure you get looked after ones,Also most parts you can get off other Nissan's ie brake disc from zx models as well as other parts and some s13 parts fit also also Nissan still stock R32 parts.Def a good pick after all if nothing else its Godzilla and you have a great platform for any best handling and tuning wise.

S14 i guess it will be the sr20 models where you live, again a great machine and the Skylines baby brother which again offers great handling and a good platform for power the sr engine is great high revving and sound excellent ,mpg wise is a lot more than the Skyline and the Supra so if you are on a budget then a good option.Nice boot/trunk size and interior is quite big also again not a vip car but roomy enough for a sporty car and with a leather option it is a luxury bonus, parts again are often bolt on from other Nissan's and again Nissan still stock the parts with all the cars mentioned a mass of aftermarket parts out there, over all a great ride and well worth a look with offering cheap insurance and running cost to the Skyline and Supra.

The Supra a great machine as is the others mentioned offering a great platform for power but stock def needs the handling look at .,as each of my friends Supra's have had needed this area sorting do to be to tail happy which can be fun but something i would sort, power wise again plenty of aftermarket parts out there and stock parts but check for first when buying parts and J spec parts do not always fit on own countries models, build to compete against the Skyline and it does compare so well but losing it on the handling side with the Skyline also offering the HICAS and ATESSA and one reason why i would could not own a Supra is the lack of room the boot/trunk space does not exist and the interior room is so small, and example is when i go own in my friends with my kids they have to sit crossed legged in the back due to the lack of room behind the seats def more of a 2 seater against a 4 seater.Insurance as with the Skyline is high and as with the Skyline mpg is a nightmare but we pay extra to enjoy these great engines.

To pick one would be unfair as each feel so different to drive and each is so great in what it offers all are great cars when looked after and need little repairs again on a good example but parts due seem to last forever, the Skyline and the Supra are more hardcore than the SX but the SX is more easy to drive with everyday with running cost and insurance ,are parts expensive yes but last and never seem hard to find and as said others cars you can switch and match with. I mentioned trunk/boot and interior room why well i guess i have seem myself and my friends needing this room over the years with my friend unable to do any shopping in his Supra unable to drop his parents off at the airport .My sx roomy but seeing my wife Grandma stuck in the back with folks pulling and pushing her to get out and my Skyline roomy for what it is,but all count in the real World of going out with friends taking family out and buying shopping etc and if you want to keep a car for along time these points can count after and i have so many friends buying two seater sports cars and spending so much on them only to have to sell them later as they have not suited there change in life style.

All are great choices,to me if i had to pick one, well i would be happy with all of them, but i guess i sold my SX i never did buy a Supra but enjoy driving my friends but i have brought two Skylines and enjoy them so much and would def buy another so down to one for me it would be the Skyline.

I see the Supra would be NA which again is nice and although limits your tuning on this unless higher money is spend it is still a great ride and not shy of what power it does have,Also don't shy away from semi-auto models as you will find these more common as Toyota felt the car better suited the semi-auto box against the manual and even offered the semi-auto as a higher speced car against its manual version hoping to get buyers to buy that version and enjoy the car in which Toyota felt it ran better as.

How badly do you wish to have a skyline? Is it illegal.. Most likely. Will you get caught.. Very unlikely until you do something silly like placing full insurance policy insurance on it as a substitute than liability. Definitely the one your looking at has VIN numbers taken from one more automobile. The current owner will have to tell you exactly how he obtained it papered.. If he would not then dont buy it. You ought to comprehend what was finished so you can cover your rear one day must any questions come up. Prior proprietor of a 99 JDM Mitsubishi Galant VR4.. Illegally transformed making use of a 00 DSM Galant chassis. Still on the avenue today and that i offered it for a sweet profit ; )

Skyline is illegal in the USA. Any sports car 14 to 21 year old will need to be completely checked over for everything. If you expect reliability better go with the Supra's. You may want to choose a newer car for daily driver car and take it to college. Happy Holidays
