I'm driving myself crazy!!!!!!!?
I've been dealing with anxiety for the last few days, and I really think it's because I have hypochondria. ever since I was a kid I would always think I was sick or had some sort of disease because of one meaningless thing, and whenever I try to tell my parents this they make fun of me and brush it off. this is not the first time this has happened. the first time, I would get anxiety at night (when it started getting dark out specifically) because I was convinced that something was wrong with me. now it's happening because after reading things I'm convinced that I have some sort of mental illness. even though I try really hard to talk myself out of it, the anxiety is really getting to me. I haven't been sleeping well, so I'm tired pretty much all the time. everything and anything irritates me for no reason. I know it's all in my head, because when I'm not constantly thinking about it I feel fine. I just can't shake it though. what can I do?

Yep, anxiety and hypochondria go together... Though it's hard to say if one causes the other.
There are lots of techniques around to lower anxiety but I usually find that if my thinking's messed up then I'm too anxious to use the relaxing techniques they suggest. The best way to tackle it is to change the way you think. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is designed to help you change the way you think about things when your thoughts are driving you crazy. If you can't find an affordable CBT therapist then you could use one of the many free CBT courses online. Just search for free online CBT and then choose whichever suits you best. Using CBT techniques you can train yourself to recognise when your focussing on your hypochondria - or something else that makes you anxious - and then apply techniques so that you can either think about it differently or start thinking about something positive instead.

Firstly just relax!!! Do something that you really like doing, go outside breath some fresh air, get a massage those really work, and if you live by the sea that would really help cause sea water helps you to calm down. You could also talk to your parents about it and they could take you to the doctor and he could give you special pill. I really hope you get better :)
