My two gerbils are acting weird Please help?
I have 2 gerbils that i have had for about a few months. They have been really active and acting like normal healthy gerbils until yesterday. i didn't notice a lot yesterday i just noticed that they didn't spin on the wheel at all. today it has gotten worse. i just changed the water and one wont drink the water at all and the other cant drink from the bottle it puts it in it's hands and drinks that way. they aren't eating. They are hunched in a corner and they barely open their eyes. they are shaking a little and cold to the touch i have tried putting a cloth in the cage to keep them warm. So i don't know if they are just cold or sick. PLEASE HELP im scared they are going to die!

There's definitely something wrong. With small animals like gerbils, they usually don't show signs of illness until they are really sick. To warm them up you can buy a heat lamp like the kind they sell for snakes and reptiles. Getting them to drink is really important because they can become dehydrated in only a day, get an eyedropper or something like that and squeeze some into their mouth. Be careful not to force it down, let them swallow it. I would take them to the vet as soon as possible!
