Download iTunes. Then once in iTunes, import all your songs into it. Then, plug your iPod into the computer and sync it with iTunes, and all the music in your iTunes library will go onto it.

If it's not jailbroken, go to iTunes, open Ipod Touch section and then Music and finally drag and drop downloaded music.
