Why in the world are you still using net explorer> there are so many better browsers out there. These two for instance Http:\\www.mozellia.org ( for the Firefox browser) which i am using right now. or http:\\www.google.com. download and use the "chrome" browser. but please pleas what ever you do

stop using "internet explorer' its so full of security holes and bypasses that no one who's been on a computer any length of time uses it any more. Most I know would delete "internet explorer" if it would not screw with the windows operating system itself which it does any way drastically.

Otherwise go to "control panel" "left click" on the Mouse option there

Once the Mouse bit is up click on the "Pointer" tab and "choose the "Pointer bit" you want to use

    then "left click" apply

Then "left click" Ok to exit the mouse bit

then exit "control panel" and use yer computer normally

as this should fix yer problem

PS under no circumstance DO NOT uninstall " Internet explorer" from your system , you do and windows itself wont work any more

A "pointer" in computer terms refers to the operation of instructions being done by the CPU.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pointer_%28computer_...

What browser are you using? That might be the problem, related to incoming data instructions which the CPU can't process...it's not really related to the cursor or mouse.
