when do you think the current panic buying of assault replica weapons like AR-15 going to reach its peak?

Update:

right now it seems those with money will pay double and triple the actual value of replica assault rifles mainly the AR-15

When firearm dealers are fully sated I suppose. The Fort Worth gun show was wanting $1200 to $3500 for AR15's and @$2000 for an AK47. I saw ONE of my type of replica for $1250. SKS's were in the $600 to $800 range,. With many dealers prompting the buyers by advising further increases as of Jan 1.

Nor did the tables seem to be as full of these as this summer. The gun stores are down to 1 or two. AR's No AK's nor SKS.

The Left IS succeeding in making prices impossibly high for the less than wealthy consumer. But, won't make a dent in criminal access nor use. They are using our very capitalist supply/demand system to do so. Real smart I'd say.

Considering a pre ban 1994 AK47 was @$300 and an SKS below that. An AR15 was @$450 and up.

Are you absolutely trying to nitpick this? You maniac! So what if the weapon was once legally bought? That is the point! Sure, the mother bought the gun legally. Sure, like so many different gun homeowners she was killed with it via her own son. We still have not dealt with the terroists of the NRA whose deliberate actions have prevented any real gun control from defending law abiding residents from terrorists or the mentally unbalanced. That you should dare to nitpick about what variety of gun was once used shows how silly you are! Ignorant nitpicking will emerge as getting much more sorts of weapons banned. The second modification assured you entry to a flintlock musket, and if you cannot develop the experience to see that ultra-modern weapons in unstable fingers are a better chance to the nation you don't deserve something more deadly. Best, then, should you insist we will ban everything more complicated than a musket. Happy now?

Funny thing is ITS Democrats and Obama driving the buying panic. Anytime you threaten to restrict or take away then sales surge. It will only get worse. I know people with dozens of guns they keep buying and put in storage and with cases of ammo. Many see a revolution coming and if you dont stock up now it may be too late. Obama's only success has been the record sales of guns and ammo in this country the past 4 years. That means americans do not feel safe and secure under this president.

At the time and point in which Americans come out of the frenzy and realize that the U.S. governemnt WILL NOT be taking away their treasures, I mean their guns.

It's not panic buying, it's smart investing. All my guns are now worth double or triple what I paid for them.
