What hurts more physical abuse or words?

Emotional, mental, psychological, and verbal abuse can be(And usually is)as bad as physical pain.

Words

Words can stab you right through the heart and hurt much worse than physical abuse.

Words. Physical wounds heal with time but words will scar the heart forever.

Words can leave you ..... as an emotional wreckage.

I think physical abuse, because you don't have to believe what they're saying and let it hurt you. Just walk away, they don't really love you anyway if they do that to you. People are so quick to accept negative opinions of themselves, it's sad. But if someone breaks your nose, or ribs, kicks you down the stairs etc, you have to endure the pain til they're done. Even if you can fight back, you're still most likely taking hits.

Verbal abuse is worse. actual abuse is painful, of path, yet maximum human beings would leave after somebody bodily abused them. lots of people who're verbally abused go through with adverse self-worth & think of that is their own fault & they need to be taken care of that way, so that is lots extra unfavourable long-term.

Words..... I got into an argument with some one.... He said horrible things to me then punched me in the face.... The punch didn't bother me, it was the things he said to me.

Words. I mean unless you had your limbs cut off ya know?
