Steam Profile Time Played hidden from others?
In Steam, if I put my inventory to private will that mean people won't be able to see the time played on games? Or do I have to set my profile to entirely private?

Miles is right: experiment, ask your contacts to report what they can see... and if they can get around your blocks to see more. That could be a fun game all by itself.
Not being a gamer, I don't know about Steam. What I know is the real world. In the real world, deploy your spies/network and have them report back about what they can find.
Then adjust your strategy and tactics accordingly.
Remember, you are not just a player or a soldier, you are The General. Act like one.
