I don't know. I think it depends on other signs in your chart. I have trouble saying "I love you" to people. I'm not someone who seems too thrilled about things, even when I'm extremely excited it doesn't come across that way. I usually just say "Oh wow, thanks" and if I'm really excited I'll smile. I don't say "I love you" though. lol
