Online graduate school question?

Is it possible to take graduate courses online with intent and ability to transfer credits if the student later wishes to be a "traditional" college student and receive a degree by completing requirements in a campus setting?

I would advise against doing this. Go for the traditional program.

Many graduate programs do not accept transfer credits at all. If they do accept any transfer credits, they're usually very selective about which courses they will accept from what schools under what circumstances.

Make your decision with the assumption that the credits will not transfer unless you get it in writing from the department you want to transfer to that they will.
