What are things that make you happy sad or mad?

Happy- Rock music, my hamster, exercise, losing weight, hanging out with friends, getting likes on my facebook pictures, going for walks by myself, and those moments where I'm not self consious , for at least a little while :).

Sad- Peta & humane society commercials :(, pets dying, feeling lonely, being forgotten about on my birthday or any day , not being invited somewhere, thinking back to traumatic memories, winter time, getting bad grades, being insulted or ignored, being laughed at, being bullied, seeing someone cry or in pain

, getting yelled at, people cancelling plans that i was looking forward to.

Mad- not being trusted, people keeping things secret from me and/or talking in code so i can't know what they are saying, being backstabbed by a friend, not being understood when I'm trying to get my point across, repetitive noises, when my computer isn't doing what I want it to do so it frustrates me!!, my family fighting constantly.

Happy when I see my baby girl sad when I hear someone has a sickness or died mad when someone accuses me of saying something I didn't

happy - family, exercise, food

sad - when innocent people/creatures get hurt

mad - when i try to talk but get interrupted and forget what i was saying

Happy.....Can be anything really .... sometimes just a smile

Sad.........Cruelty to others

Mad.........When someone takes a cheap shot at me

happy - cats, books, walks on the beach, strawberries, rain, music

sad - animal abuse, people who have no empathy, the music industry today

mad - rude people, smoke alarms, smoking nazis.
