PLEASE HELP: refund help, will thumb up and best answer!?

i have ordered a custom kitchen comprising of custom amde to measure units but have recieved terrible customer service as they have mucked up the measurments, then had them corrected by another of their employees but this is when i had payed for the original kitchen and now it needs to be changed but they have provided me with no new quotes or further information, and am demanding a confirmation today on the order for delivery but they haven't supplied any information on the amendments and new pricing. i am thourghly annoyed with the service (wickes) and would like to cancel my order as they have caused 10's of hours of hassle and chasing tp the order to no avail.

can i legally cancel this order even though it says in the t&c's that custom orders may not be cancelled eventhough they have provided terrible customer service and not made me aware of the changes and they have made the error of measurement leading to the problem on the unit changes?

THANKS

custom kitchen... they should make it right at no cost to you because they caused the problem... a full refund... not going to happen. Not in the United States anyway. The items were ordered specifically for your house... it is not as if they can be re-cut and put in another house... go to the store where you bought the items with a written list of the problems so that somebody knows exactly what the problem is. You may have to talk to the store manager instead of a salesperson....
