With lots going on in your 1st house, you put out your own energy and may not be overly influenced by others. With them being square to your MC, you probably have a bit of a reputation for being as described in your 1st house, perhaps egotistic, you are your own person with your own ideas, probably quite attractive and a bit of a charmer but certainly not to be messed with perhaps.
Whether they square your MC or are in harmony with your MC doesn't really matter with things to do with your career, they just give you the necessary energies that go with your career perhaps eg, the Sun suggests you like to be the boss, etc.
