When I had sex ten days ago the condom ended up coming off inside me so could this be pregnant symptoms I have headaches, nausea, feeling like I'm gonna throwing up, dizziness, constipation, light headed, spotting, the spot around my nipples are little darker,  also I have slight tenderness in my breast. Oh i also been having mood swings.

Every cell in your body is alive. So you do have life inside you. You have to wait until you miss a period and then take a pregnancy test.
