Eh... What sort of guitar is it that you have, and what do you want it to do? You're not exactly providing much information here.
Any way... Changing the way a guitar is tuned does not change an electric guitar to an acoustic, or an acoustic in to an electric.
There are electric guitar pedals which can simulate the sound of an acoustic guitar, and there are guitar synths whic emulates nylon and steel string acoustic guitars - none of these options sounds convincing though.
You can add a pickup to an acoustic guitar and process them much like an electric guitar. Still, they don't sound exactly like an electric guitar.
A tuner is only meant to help you tune each string up or down in pitch (higher or lower).
If this is not what you're asking, you will need to provide a lot more details. Do you have a steel string or nylon string acoustic? Electric? What *exactly* is it that you're trying to achieve?

If you didn't buy an electric guitar, you already have an acoustic. An acoustic guitar is one that doesn't need electronics to make sound. A tuner has nothing to do with it.
Some people incorrectly think that acoustic means it has steel strings. If your guitar has nylon strings, do NOT attempt to put steel strings on it. They will destroy it.
PS. Looking at Tony B's comment, I bet he's right...did you think acoustic guitars were tuned differently from electric guitars? They aren't. You can find an online tuner at www.tunemybass.com.

I think you need to post this question again maybe taking a little more care with spelling and grammar. I can only assume that you are asking how to tune a guitar without a tuner and yet it seems strange that you didn't just ask that.

i don't want you are asking....what the fuuuck is 'agousitc'...if you mean 'acoustic', u can't change what your guitar is, you can modify it but if it's electric you can't make it electric
