WHY DO WE KEEP ELECTING OLD PEOPLE TO PUBLIC OFFICES?
Year after year the American public vote in people until they die i just heard of a repub senator as being 89 years old . Kennedy was old, McCain is old Pelosi is old just to name a few .. These old rich people are so out of touch with our common lives it isn't even funny.

Rich and old are two different things.
There's nothing wrong with older people being in office. They have more experience and more knowledge of how things work.
You're talking about term limits. That's probably a good idea. My Congressman has been in office since before I was born. He sucks, but liberals keep voting him in. Now that I think about it, my other Congressman has been in that long, too.

Actually they are wiser than younger people - they have more experience. There is nothing much they need to know about your common life - they may not listen to your music or be in touch with your lingo but that has nothing to do with government anyway *lol*

times are changing, year after year more and more younger people are getting into politics. come back in ten years and you will be asking the opposite thing: Why is there so many young people in the government. ha. but the world is ending soon so who cares!
