Severe Sharp pain left side of back?

I went to the doctors a few months ago because I was having sharp back pain on both sides along with abdominal pain and noticed my right testicle would almost go completely up into my lower abdominal area and id have to push it down. (i think it was 2 different things going on at once. imo) also noticed a lymph node in the crease of my groin and thigh area on the right side had gotten bigger over a 3-4 month span and was getting fairly hard. Best way I can describe it is like an inch long and 1/4 to 1/2 wide lump. And it doesn't hurt to apply pressure. Doctor thought maybe it was a UTI or kidney stone until I said I had no pain with urination. Then checked for a hernia and thought he felt one but the ultra sound (only did it on the grown area up to the belt line) didn't show a hernia. It showed that the lymph node was irregular but didn't say what that meant. And showed a small cyst on my right testicle but didn't explain that to me either. Told me to follow up with another doctor and all he did was hernia check and said he didn't believe I had a hernia and that was the last I've talked to the doctors. I got zero information or answers from them besides what I just wrote. Well now the abdominal and back pain on the right side is gone. Lymph node is still large and not painful and is hard. Hard meaning it can't be pushed in or indented no matter how hard I push. Now the only pain I have is left side of lower back (its almost on my side more then my back) that only comes for a short time a few times a day. It's an extremely sharp pain that shoots to my front lower left abdominal 3-4 inches left of belly button. I also noticed almost all my bowl movements for that last month have been dirreah followed with alot of stomach grumbling just below where the two rib cages meet and I have been urinating way more then I use to and a feeling that I need to constantly drink water. If anyone has any ideas I'd greatly appreciate. Thanks for taking time to read this.

You really need to go back to your doctor promptly. I cannot for the life of me understand why this has been left by your doctor. You should have had further scans to take in the renal area, as well as the enlarged lymph node investigated. This should really have a biopsy taken on it, as it has been there for some time, is hard and enlarged. It is difficult to know what is going on as it could be a number of things, and it should really just be a process of elimination by your doctors. You either need to get another doctor, or absolutelly insist on answers, and that further investigations are done. I hope you can get this sorted out soon. I think you also need a number of blood tests done which may shed more light on your health issues. Good luck

Check with an endocrinologist. You may have an adrenal or pituitary problem. Check your blood pressure at a drugstore - if it's high it's almost certainly an endocrine issue. The lymph node and inguinal canal likely have nothing to do with your current problem.
