CHRISTIANS! Can God make a rock so heavy even He can't lift it?
Because many of you think Pascal's Wager is a good argument despite being heavily flawed...
If he can make something that exceeds himself, how is he a God that is worth worship when there is something greater?
If he can't make something that exceeds his own strength, then his power isn't infinite, and it could be assumed his knowledge and grace are limited as well.
So, Christians, can he make a rock so heavy even he can't lift it?

"How is He worth worship?" Wouldn't the fact that He created you be enough?
If God is all-powerful, the God is all powerful. If God doesn't make something which exceeds His own strength, then couldn't a Divine Plan be existing?
You can assume what you want...but all humans assumptions are not always true.

This question can be asked of any theist, not just Christians.
You might not find the answer satisfying. The problem is with the question. Though it is grammatically correct it uses terms that by definition are contradictory, so it is a meaningless question. It would be like asking if G-d can make a square circle. By definition, a circle has no straight lines, so the idea of a square circle is meaningless. Similar questions would be 'can G-d make a darkness bright' or 'can G-d make a sound by clapping with just one hand.'

Hey, even us atheists know that the Christian god can make a rock that he himself cannot lift.
How? All he has to do is create a rock and then make a law that it cannot be lifted. That's it.
Isn't that what he does with 'free will' rules?? (he loves us but can't interfere with us)

How could anyone, much less God, do something beyond his own capabilities and, more importantly, how can God contradict His own nature. Your logic is a bit off, because an infinite God has had a limitation placed upon Him in your presupposition, the inability to do something.

Yes He could. He could also make it disappear ... no need to lift something if it's no longer there.
The question would be "Why would God do that to begin with?"
The second would be "Why are you trying to apply human abilities (ie strength) to God?" Human abilities are limitations people try apply to a non human being.

The question itself introduces two mutually exclusive concepts, and tries to synthesize a solution. This is an interesting dialectic, but does not get us any closer to the reality of God's nature.
He did in fact give us the gift of free will, which means we can defy Him, regardless of His efforts to save us. This is self-imposed because of the nature of His relationship to us. But it doesn't mean that He is not omnipotent, because He decided to limit the execution of His power in our universe.
God, being outside of our space/time continuum, created all space, matter, and time, therefore He can manipulate anything in our little world according to His preferences.

Christians understand this scripture,,,
Ps. 18:2
Jehovah is my crag and my stronghold and the Provider of escape for me.
My God* is my rock. I shall take refuge in him,*
My shield and my horn of salvation, my secure height

Yes. He will make the rock so heavy and not lift it, then He will make it so that He can lift it right after that.
