Excel 2007 Change Value in Column on Print.?

So I would like to have a form with a fixed amount of rows alotted and in one column it would be the number of entries. I would like the first value in column A to change to +1 of whatever the last entry in that column was everytime the form was printed. Is this possible or is it a pipe dream. So for example if there were 0032 entries in column A when the form was printed the start would be 33 and the end would be 64. If this is complicated please allow me to elaborate.
