I got a Lvl. 100 Shiny Rayquaza, is it hacked?

Apparently arrived at Lv. 100 after a long travel through time.

means it was from a GBA game.

The level 100 shiny Raquaza seems to be quite powerful, but why would he want it for an egg Chansey? Also the fact it was caught in a master ball. It is likely that it was caught by somebody using a gameshark, and that is a hacked pokemon. The fact it knows Draco Meteor means that it probably was very close to the trainer. Pokerus is also very uncommon.

These clues lead me to believe that this Rayquaza is hacked, but fear not. Hacked pokemon like this are overpowered, but will not harm your game in the slightest. If it was sent through GTS, then the data is only Pokemon data, and it will not mess your game up.

Additional notes

Draco Meteor-Can be learnt by any dragon type and only if there is very high friendship rating. Started in Gen 4, Pearl Diamond Platinum

Pokerus-Random chance of getting. Increases stat gain and improves pokemon. Started in Gen 2. Gold/Silver/Crystal

In my opinion that Rayquaza is not hacked, hopefuly, I know shiny is rare and pokerus too, but pokerus can be spread in double battles and I generally use master ball at rayquaza. I would say there IS a chance that is hacked but I am not sure that it is hacked but If I were you I would be jumping of hapiness. If it is hacked it probably won't screw your game up but if it is not what the difference is?

I am not sure why people would use gameshark since it takes all the good part of the game.

Anyway since it is very rare to have a shiny pokemon, or he wasted 3 hours trying to find that, or he hacked.

I'm pretty sure this rayquaza you received isn't legitimate, because 1)no matter what you do in any game rayquaza cannot learn Draco Meter, 2)they would have had to defeat black/white, pearl/diamond, and Ruby/sapphire (ruby-pearl so you could receive it and pearl-black-pearl to develop pokerus). Finally 3)if they had defeated these games Chaney would be incredibly easy to gain and the amount of work it must have taken to give it pokerus and get it that high level points towards hacking. The leveling is also a little off because they have 0 experience points until next level and that isn't possible(0 points to next level means its on the next level) this rayquaza most likely is hacked.(I'm sorry for any spelling errors!)
