Yes, because the money spent in religious institutions would go in funding for scientific research. More peace in the world. Democracy secularism and science.

No a lot of scientists are religious so we might even lose some people Peoples inner stories ont affect their capacity to be scientific - its mostly just where they put the credit.

Science is the study of what is there in Creation. Then science discovers already existent things, uses them in adapting to the laws referring to the things they discovered and as they adapt to what they find, humans can use it to their benefit. But humans always have to adapt to what already exists.
These things are already there, and no human being has done them or created them, a human being cannot even create a piece of sand.
So all what science does is researching physical reality, it researches GOD's Creation as humans have not created what they find, but humans can use Creation to the benefit of others, or can use it to destroy others, as GOD gave us our Free Will.
In that I am not getting your point.
