is hiberfil.sys and pagefile.sys necessary?

see bro's i have got an whole lot of trouble with my pc and i feel like kicking out of my house but i can't

the problem is whenever i free up disk space in disk c the count down begins and comes down to mb's!!!!! help me bros as much as you can??? and better if we can make some contact with each other isn't it??? i used windirstat to know what is using so much space i saw the above two bro's are eating it happily can i delete them???

Update:

i have nothing left in my c drive except the system files!!!

    You should NOT fill any hard drive to more than 85% full.

    you need to move images, movies and music to an external hard drive.

    you are loading your computer with crap.

    pagefile will be the same size as your RAM by default.

    yes you can turn it off if you have plenty of RAM spare.

    if you do not have any spare RAM,

    your computer will fail to start.

    the hiberfil you can also turn off if you do not use it.

    this has to be done by command prompt.

    right click on command prompt then click on run as administrator,

    type the following in to command prompt,

    powercfg -h off

    then press enter.

    this will turn off hibernate and will delete the hiberfil file.

    download then run

    TFC > http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/187-tfc-...

    clean out the windows update backups.

    go to C > Windows > Software Distribution > Download

    delete everything in the download folder.
