Would you rather have a broken family or no friends?

blood is thicker than tar.

My family tree is a god to me. I worship every limb of it.

My best friends ARE my family. I'm more likely to hang with my 10000000000 sisters than my handful of good buds.

I sometimes get jealous of my sisters husbands. "timmy, so it was nice talking to you. So i'll call you at the end of the week and I'll plan a day when you can meet B.R. He is a nice guy. I think he would make a great ally for your business. I'm going to be taking my family camping in two weeks. If you want to go just let me know. Bring the little lady"-my sister's husband

and all i could think was... "YOUR family? i believe my sister is MY family. "

then i shake that psychological nugget out of my head thru my ears. "dont be silly, self. She IS your family. those two are doomed to divorce. You know it and you know it. ".

I have both, but if I had to choose between the two I'd definitely rather have no friends. The few friends I've had over the years weren't true ones anyway.
