Quit being pompous, it is a FEDERAL LAW that the president travels securely, noe that includes the 747 all the way back to the 1st AF1 of Harry Truman. Both parties HAVE to use it, with all of it's security and electronics it uses more than the standard 747 but details are classified.

I'm sure that whatever the cost, that plane is also using the same bio-fuels (at four times the price of conventional fuel ) that the military has been forced to purchase in the effort to "go green". But then nothing is too good for this President!

Probably because nobody would believe they were real, they probably look like a photoshop between 'Independence Day" when the people are running through the street away from the Alien City Destroyers, and 'Air Force One'

Thousands of pounds. You know he at least has to stop in Nevada or California to refuel each time. OR waste dollars and risk lives having a refueling jet do it mid air.
