Which TV is better of these 2?

Which TV is better? Philips 40PFL5507T-LED-tv 40” or Samsung UE40D6207-LED-tv 40”

Both are Full HD and 3D but the Philips is 400 Hz and Samsung 200 Hz so if u know the answer please tell me :))

    Samsung is a much better brand than the Philips. The Philips is considered a bargain price tv. Hope this will help you out.

    Samsung. I have a Philips and love it and have had no problems but I would still go with Samsung.
