    NO ! no country is a terrorist country.. its just run by Military dictatorship masked by fake democracy

    Their politicians are just as corrupt in morals and ideals as Indian Politicians that's why they play with Religion..

    Basically all boils down to the Govt and their Corruption Pakistan is deliberately letting this happen in their country and India Govt is deliberately acting like they care about our lives

    No I would not personally regard Pakistan as a Terrorist country. As to it being "safe" ? probably not in that part of the world.
