there is a simple tool online for figuring this out:

you will have to select the car (FR-S auto/manual), put in your financial details (credit rating, down payment, etc)
the site also has other tools for dealing with finances so you can have a good idea before you go talk to the dealer; however I recommend test driving the car before anything if you haven't already

You mean "would" and "lease". Anyway, how much it costs depends on your credit rating and how much you can put down. The only way you'll know for sure is to go to the dealer and find out.
